We're looking for a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, results-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service while expanding our market presence in the Las Vegas area.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Present product and service solutions to clients in a compelling and consultative manner, addressing their specific business needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the organization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM software
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and management to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position solutions
- Conduct follow-up activities and provide ongoing support to ensure client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive spirit and resilience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Professional presentation and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with the Las Vegas market and local business landscape (preferred)
- Experience in territory management and account development (preferred)
- Advanced presentation and storytelling abilities (preferred)
