• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and organizational culture
• Analyze job descriptions and market trends to create targeted recruitment strategies and identify ideal candidate profiles
• Coordinate the interview process, manage candidate pipelines, and track recruitment metrics to ensure timely placements
• Customize job postings and recruitment materials to attract qualified candidates and enhance employer branding
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate and organized records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth candidate transitions
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future opportunities and long-term client partnerships

• 2+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates and meeting recruitment targets
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and proficiency with job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
• Sales-oriented mentality with the ability to identify client needs and present solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Preferred: Experience in staffing or recruitment consulting industry
• Preferred: Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
• Preferred: Familiarity with recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making
